I am Caroline, the face behind Neal Associates with over 24 years experience in Residential Lettings and Property Management.

Our area:
The question of whether the supply of private rented accommodation meets demand varies considerably throughout the country. In this locality however, it unequivocally does not. The supply of readily available accommodation is far from adequate to satisfy demand.

In particular, 2 and 3 bedroom houses, cottages and bungalows are, it would seem, scarce. Tavistock, Saltash, Liskeard, Launceston and Callington and the surrounding villages are in constant high demand. Sadly those wanting homes in these areas know they are in for a long wait!
